1. Chassis

◇The chassis adopts the form of a wide underframe, which makes the lower part of the body load balanced and enhances the stability of the body.

◇355/55D625 wide series solid tires not only enhance the stability in various complex working conditions, but also increase the ground friction during the construction process, making the equipment work more stable and making climbing easier.

◇The steering adopts a dual-cylinder same-liquid steering system, and is equipped with a 40Cr steering link to ensure the same direction of the two wheels.

◇Chassis floating leveling device, when the equipment encounters uneven ground, the floating leveling device will automatically start to ensure that the upper part of the body remains in a balanced state when the left and right tires of the equipment are tilted 6°, which enhances the safety and adaptability of equipment construction .

2. Turntable

◇It adopts 50Cr high-strength material slewing support, and the platform rotates 360°, which is convenient for construction under various working conditions.

◇An emergency safety pump is installed. When the equipment is working at high altitude and cannot be lowered due to equipment failure, the operator can enable the emergency lowering pump to safely lower the arm on the upper platform.

◇Using the American Sao Danfoss or German Rexroth constant pressure pump to replace the traditional gear pump, completely avoiding the damage and oil leakage of the gear pump caused by long-term construction.

◇The electric control system with centralized electric control box and multiple insurances ensure the safety of equipment operation.

◇The control is equipped with a ground console and a platform console. The ground console adopts a large-screen display with a self-diagnostic screen. Without connecting to a computer, customers can easily understand the equipment status and calibration of series parameters, which is convenient for equipment debugging and testing.

◇The controller adopts German IFM, which enhances the stability of the system compared with domestic brands of other manufacturers.

◇Equipped with turntable safety lock pins to avoid the danger caused by the rotation of the boom during transportation and maintenance of the equipment.

◇Spin-out engine bracket, convenient for engine maintenance or repair.

◇Fiberglass covering parts are adopted, and the whole vehicle has a beautiful appearance and is durable.

3. Boom

◇The boom structure uses 70 high-strength steel to ensure the safety of the equipment during construction.

◇When the boom is extended, the side arm adopts a casing pipe/line design, which is both beautiful and easy to use.

◇The drag chain adopts the German imported IGUS brand, which has a long life and will never rust.

4. Platform

◇Equipped with imported overweight sensors to ensure the safe load of the operator during construction.

◇The on-stage control system adopts a three-handle operating lever, which is convenient for the operation of multiple compound actions by the operator at work.

◇The foot switch is used, and the handle can be operated effectively only when the foot is on.

◇A self-locking platform door is adopted. When the operator enters the working platform, the platform door will be automatically locked, which increases safety and convenience.

◇The work bar can be rotated around 160°, which is convenient and flexible to work
