Service Commitment:

1. Troubleshooting feedback: Feedback in 15min from customer contact us when the product problem happened. We will provide remote service, if it can not be solved, we will send our technician to the job site in 12hous(24hours outside Hunan).

2. Spare parts replacement: We will replace the broken parts free of charge within warranty (not include the parts broken by wrong operation).

3. Products health check: Two times per year products health check free of charge in warranty (one time per year after warranty if required).

4. Software Update: Provide software update along the whole life of the product.
